The Northtowns and Downtown Behavioral Health Clinics are OPEN for new and established youth between the ages of 3 and 21. If you have not been contacted by your clinician or psychiatry provider, or wish to setup an appointment, please call 716-783-3221 or fill out a form above.
Gateway Longview clinicians will discuss service details moving forward during the initial call.

When To Seek Help
From childhood through adolescence, there are times when youth and/or their support systems need guidance in addressing problems that cause emotional distress or make them feel overwhelmed. Counseling and therapy can be very beneficial for youth, adults, and families.

Children and Family Treatment and Support Services
"CFTSS" is a community based behavioral health program available to children/youth under the age of 21 who are eligible for Medicaid that need help with social, emotional, or have behavioral health challenges, or substance use issues. Services available include, but are not limited to, assessment, diagnosis, individual & family therapy, skill building, crisis intervention,
psycho-education, and daily living skills. If your family has Medicaid and your child is between birth-21 you can call our program coordinator, to complete a referral.

After Hours: For all locations, if you are in crisis and need support from the clinic, please call 716-783-3221 and follow the phone prompts for crisis.
Satellite Locations: To receive services at one of the Satellite locations your child has to be an enrolled student at the stated school. All psychiatry services are available to the clients of the satellite locations and are performed at the main location.

Lynde School
Gateway Longview’s Lynde School offers specialized educational services for youth residing on our campus and for up to 105 students ages 5 to 21 who come to us for school during the day. Students enrolled thrive best within a high degree of structure, with individualized attention, and with supportive services.

At Gateway Longview, we believe that a solution-focused, trauma-informed care approach has the ability to strengthen the knowledge, competencies, skill sets, and engagement as we work with individuals impacted by trauma. We ensure that all services are client driven with access to early screening and comprehensive assessments.
